hones dont work at all.I dropped emails and filled contact forms. Finally they reverted saying that the company is under insolvency and no more part of IATA. So i should contact the airlines directly for the refund. Why should i do that ? The airlines said they can not do anything. The agency is to pay it back. They are the ones who took my money and should return it. They buy in bulk beforehand from airlines and sell it at a profit. Why the *** cant you pay me my money back? I earn it the hard way not by swindling people. Return my money

Cancellation of flight + no refund

My experience with Tripsta, like other customers, was that my trip was canceled and they said I needed to ask for a refund through the airlines. When I called the airlines, they said I needed to ask for a refund through the booking agency. When I try to contact Tripsta, the only way to contact them with through the contact form online, which they never responded to, and luckily I did get through to an agent when I called initially, who assured me I would receive a full refund. That did not occur, and attempts to reach out again were unanswered and all phone numbers listed for Tripsta were now defunct. Tripsta's reviews and reports are terrible; I should've investigated that earlier. Luckily I am assuming that most people use a CC to book, so file a dispute with them. I did and so far so good. My lesson- go through the airline to book or at least a reputable company.

Ticket cancellation and Refund

I had booked a Jet Airways flight via Skyscanner website for my journey on BHX to BLR on 26-Jul and Return journey on 1-Aug. Today all of a sudden I got an email Tripsta that my booking has been cancelled. They asked me to contact Jet Airways directly for refund/re-booking. But when I contacted Jet Airways customer centre over call, they told me that Tripsta has cancelled this booking and they have been refunded. Now I am in big trouble because Airline is telling that agent will refund and agent is telling airline. When I checked Tripsta website, it says that website is temporarily suspended. Can someone help me with this issue please. I am unable to reach Tripsta over email,call or chat.

My situation with Tripsta was nearly duplicate, though I didn't and don't see that their website is defunct. Should be- they're scammers for sure.

Their reviews and reports are terrible.

Luckily I am assuming that most people use a CC to book, so file a dispute with them. My lesson- go through the airline to book or at least a reputable company.

Tripsta stole my refund

I filed for a refund because of changes in the flight from the airline. I had to chase after them with several emails and calls until they informed me that they filed for a refund. 2 months later and several emails later, they responded saying that the amount for the return flight only will be refunded. I was furious that it took them that long to do something about it but thought 1 refunded ticket is better than nothing...that was over a month ago and everytime I send an email to Tripsta a standard generic email tells me to contact the airline directly. When I contacted the airline, to my surprise, the agent at the airline tells me that this amount has been settled about a month ago and that I should get it from the travel agency (Tripsta). So they got my refund from the airline but didn't give it back to me!! This is far beyond bad customer service or being rude...THIS IS PURE THEFT!

Hi , I have been trying to reach your customer support desk-USA but have been unable to. I do not get any reply to my mails/queries, just the automated mails. My outgoing flight was cancelled by the airline and was to be fully refunded. I was told on 18th July that the refund has been initiated and would take about a week. But I still have not received it.The airline confirmed that they processed it on the 20th . Then why have I not received it yet? I tried to book as the application times itself out. When I rebooked it had defaulted to another date, I immediately contacted the website regarding error. I also called aeromexico and they would change it except they have to have authorization from tripsta. You can't get anyone over the phone. They're a SCAM. This is not 24hr customer service. US DEPT of Transportation has a policy you can cancel modify a flight within 24 hours of booking. They will not do either want to charge me 165 euros. I am disputing with my bank. I will get money back. Trip cancelled.

Customer compliant portal. Not available Customer support specific mail ID not info@.... Not avialble 3> No mention about the Esclation matrix 4> Carrier permit the split of a single reservation code in to wo but their office not co-operating I booked a ticket with their reference no - F9374**** in oman air. I bought two tickets for two passengers while they promptly issued two tickets number, but under on reference code. Now I want to change the itinerary of one passenger, the airlines website is not permitting to change the itinerary on one p[passenger as both of them are under one reservation code. I contacted the airlines, for splitting the PNR. They confirmed that the PNR can be split in to two but it has to be done by Tripsta as the booking was made thorough Tripsta. When I contacted Tripsta to split the PNR they promptly refused that they cannot split. While I agree that when I want to change the date, I shall either go through them or do it online with the necessary fees, but what is stopping them in facilitating me with this. For their convenience they booked two tickets in one PNR and I am in a fix and they do not give proper response for the requests. I advise all not to venture in to this website, as it is unfriendly, and it show one rate and charge one rate in the beginning. I ignored it as I was in a hurry, and when we approach them for service now the turn it down. Most unprofessional and unethical business they are doing. I wish we should approach the appropriate authority to ban this company. I am also writing to all airlines with a request to blacklist this platform for booking tickets, I am viewing all these anomalies very seriously, and preparing a suitable letter for stopping the business with your company for all the carriers. Please avoid booking with this tripsta. Thanks Swami

Horrible customer service no etiquette to repond/acknowledge mails

I have been sending mails for the past fifiteen days to cancel the tickets but to my surprise, no response is received. The travel date is fast approaching if not cancelled before the travel date it will amount to no shown and I will loose the whole money. I booked the ticket through the Tripsta website. I made a mistake on the spelling of the name on my ticket. When I tried to change it the company told me they would charge me $1187(USD) to get the name changed. However, when I called the airline they told me that it would only cost them $50. When I talked to a Tripsta agent and asked why they were charging so much they didn't respond and dodged the question. I tried to contact them several times to get an answer and am still waiting to hear their reasoning as to why there was such a huge discrepancy in the amount they claimed they would charge me. Moreover, every time I contacted the company I received a new email from a different person that didn't include or address any of the questions I brought up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Quite possibly the WORST site I have ever used. Not only did they neglect to send me my flight confirmation but they are impossible to get on the phone without a Booking Confirmation Number that would be in the EMAIL that they never sent me. So I've been sending them messages on their website and they never respond even though they claim to have 24/7 customer service attending to their customers. I've been sending messages a couple times a day. This site is an absolute scam! They are inept and I would warn anyone to RUN AWAY from them. There are plenty of amazing sites out there to handle all of your travelling needs. THIS COMPANY IS UTTER GARBAGE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I've just booked three tickets for my family. After I submitted the order, I got message from the bank that it has been successfully charged. But the Tripsta website shows that the booking cannot be completed because of the Credit card authorization failed. Then I called the bank, and they confirmed that it has been successfully charged, and they can do nothing with this. I tried to contact Tripsta. They can only be reached by online form or tel. It needs the booking number by tel. But I do not have a booking number at all since I've never got email from Tripsta. And I can't submit online form because of some mandatory fields, which I've fielded all! This website is unbelievable! The booking process is unbelievable, and the customer service is unbelievable!

Tripsta is just a fraud company, I had a ticket to Singapore by Malaysian Airlines bought on Tripsta website but due to visa rejection I couldn't make it, I tried to call Tripsta to all available numbers but they would never answer any call and looks like calls go to nowhere and you just hang on the line for nearly 30 mins how is that possible???? I contacted Malaysian Airlines and they confirmed that my ticket is fully refundable due to visa rejection and I need to discuss the same with Tripsta, believe or not but this case is pending since June 30th, 2017. They just cheatting me and keep on saying that Malaysian Airlines don't reply them or they don't confirm. And literally they do violations of any rights and laws they just don't want to refund my money, all prove documents have been sent and they still do their best not to refund my money. Dear All, never ever even think of purchasing ticket from them, to contact them is a nightmare and to change, refund, return or whatsoever will be impossible. I will do my best to file a case against them for doing fraud and slander Malaysian Airlines.

There is no way you can get REACH TO Tripsta's customer care which means its impossible for you to cancel/change/refund your ticket. Have left dozens of messages on their website with my email address and never never get a respond. I HAVE tried almost every phone number listed on the website before my plane departured,but none of them worked. also the call charges so much. after that I was keeping sending message to them for nearly 10 days trying to get my refund and guess what? nothing happened. no response no email no call, nothing!!!!!!REALLY Think this is a fraud agent. at least it works like a fraud agent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a VivaAerobus roundtrip fly ticket though this site on November 18, for my son to fly from Veracruz to Monterrey on November 19, when he showed up at the airport VivaAerobus didn't let him board because they said the reservation was never paid (of course they got the money from my account), I call several times Tripsta, and they assure me that the reservation was paid, but they couldn't do anything, I called on Monday November 21 to request my money back, they said that it will be an investigation, I called again on November 28, they still didn't have an answer for me, and now they don't even answer calls, please never buy a reservation through this company, bad, bad, bad customer service.

Booked a flight to Seattle in January 2016. It's now June 2016. There was a flight change by the airline, which is understandable. However, rather than make an automatic update change to the flight Tripsta.ca did nothing expect send me an email stating that I had 2 hours to respond or lose my seat. Being at work I was unable to respond. The result? No flight to Seattle. I asked for a full refund as per their email. Tripsta's response? Our refund procedure will take 15-30 working days (up to 6 weeks) and you may not get a full refund. They have my money NOT the airline. Why can't they refund it within 2 hours? Oh! And watch out for the 1-900 call centre number. Have your credit card ready for this one.
